LE no damage from falling - shockwave instead

There is a heavy armor perk that reduces the damage you take from falling.

 

Is there a mod that would further reduce it? - and maybe also create a shockwave when the powerful Dragonborn jumps down and hits the ground!!

This neat little mod adds a few Alteration spells that do just that. One of them takes all the damage you WOULD take from falling, and turns it into a huge shockwave when you land. :) And I think the shockwave spell (lasts for a good while too) cost below 100 magicka. I think. No promises. :)
