Question on FO3Edit and Mods

Ok first things first. By playing around in FO3Edit i dont mean i was changing anything around hehe, except the load order through FOMM. now as i was going down the list i found a TON of ERRORS in the list. Now when i loaded each file seperatly with the fallout.esm, the same problems were there so i can only assume that they are inheriant in the MOD itself. I have been playing the game with Each of these MODs for awhile now minus Anchorage, Scrapyard, and Try's Armors. This is the list of errors I get from FO3edit;
