Journal Quest: Assisting Lord Darger

i have a quest in my journal titled "Assisting Lord Darger" I am suppose to buy some enriched diamonds from a person named Christof and deliver them to Lord Darger who is NE of Christof. I do all that, get on the boat for my reward, the boat sinks and I am suppose to get on a floating device that will take me to Lord Darger's island. Well; the problem is the floating device does not move, I slept on it for 48 hours and it hasn't moved. I replayed this point several time; but none of the barrels; pieces of wood, etc., move away from the boat wreckage. I can't find the quest in my data files; I tried to turn off all the mods (that I could) and play the game from the boat flooding; but I can't find the quest itself . I want to clear my journal and delete this quest from my line up; but I can't find it. Enriched Diamonds for Assisting Lord Darger if all I know. Can someone tell me the title of the quest so I can delete it.
