Having Problems with CTD and Vampire Lord Form

Hey guys I was wondering if someone could assist me with a CTD issue I am having. My Skyrim will randomly CTD when I kill someone in Vampire Lord form. Sometimes it doesn't happen sometimes it does, it is very inconsistent but very annoying.

 

I was thinking it may have something to do with one of my mods that changes the Vampire Lord but I have no idea.

Edit: HighResTexturePack 01, 02 & 03 are not enabled.

Note: It also only happens when it is a human enemy I have noticed.
