Serious Animation Issue

So I'm having an animation issue with about 1/3 of the general npc's in the game (vendors, innkeepers,courier,children.as well as some npc's added by other mods such as bathing B, and populated skyrim.)

 

What happens is they either cower in fear, or they go through an animation loop either when trying to sit down, or lay down in a bed, sometimes even during taking a drink.

 

 

I have numerous mods, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and was able to fix it?

 

 

Any help would be grealy appreciated.

The NPC's also seem to repeat certain animations, like sitting down, moving their hands to drink a glass. I unchecked all my mods, and it's still doing this. ...
