FNV Mods not loading

In vortex it says that they are enabled, but that they are redundant. It says to check file cnflicts, but the mods that it says are redundancy don't appear there. When I open LOOT they also don't appear. What could be they issue and how would I go about fixing it?

Sounds like at some point you moved or deleted the mods in your game directory, then merged those deleted files back to your mod staging directory.

 

Open one of your mods on the Vortex Mods page with the file manager dropdown.

Do you see all the files that should be in that mod, and are they about the right size?

 

If you did wind up borkiing all the files in your mod staging directory, first Purge your mods in Vortex.

Next clean up your game directory. Reinstalling the game might be quickest.

Now, for each mod, use the dropdown Reinstall. That will bring it back from the downloaded archive.

Finally, Deploy should get you going again.
