Mod to fix weapon damages?

I installed Skyre, had to use the non-Dawnguard version of Skyre because I do not have it. I noticed that higher versions that require dawnguard have reproccer to use to normalize weapon mods that you may have installed. The version I have cannot use it.

 

Know of a mod that will do what reproccer does or a way around this?

 

I believe something is off with my weapons in games as my 1H axe does 24 damage and a 2H axe does like 29-30 or something. Shouldnt the 2H do like 50? It is that way with all 1h vs 2h weapons.

 

Anyone help me out or have a suggestion?
