Game breaking glitch that makes me lose control of my character

So I just cleared White River Watch and killed the boss on the balcony. But as soon as I move five steps, my character freezes, goes into third person, does a 90 degree turn, and the HUD gets removed. I tried fast travel ing but it just said "you cannot fast travel at this time" and the coc commands didn't work either. Whenever i typed "coc whiterun" I would teleport to Whiterun but I still wouldn't be able to move. So I just said "whatever, I will just start a new character since I was only two hours into the game."

 

So as my new character, everything was going fine until I get abducted by Astrid. As soon as Astrid finished talking, my character goes out into third person, the hud gets removed and does that 90 degree turn again. I was 17 hours in the game and there is no way I wanna restart the game again. I tried console commands "enableplayercontrols" and all it does is bring back my HUD. I still can't move or go back into first person. I tried reloading a previous save and it does the same exact thing. I even removed all my mods and the same thing still happens. I ran BOSS but it didn't pick up anything unusual.

 

The mods that I have active right now are: Apachii Hair, Black Sacrament Armor, Demon Hunter Armor, Triss Armor, Sneak Tools, Pretty Female Idles, No Spinning Death Animation, Sit Anywhere, WestWind Misfit Mage, Immersive armors, Pretty Combat Idles, and Pretty Poses and Animations.

 

Can someone please tell me how to fix my game?

 

TL;DR My character is frozen and console commands wont do anything.

try this console command: kill

you will die, but perhaps it fixes things

Clearly a mod is causing this. Try disabling these mods and see if it goes away.

Pretty Female Idles, No Spinning Death Animation, Sit Anywhere

 

If that doesn't work, reenable those and disable these instead.

Pretty Combat Idles, and Pretty Poses and Animations

 

If disabling those mods does not fix the problem, then IDK.

If it does fix the problem, reenable them one by one until you find out which was causing it by process of elimination.
