TimeDawg
I ran Midas Magic recently only to find that my character was far too low in the levels department for it. Any body got a mod that's got about as deep but is accessible for characters of...say...level 5?
ZiyaXiang
I'm only level 10, that crap over in oblivion freaks me out XD So I'm staying away until I can get used to combat! You could always try downloading a house that is way to big for you, I can't remember what mine was named, but if you want to know, I can check =3 Go to the downloads section and try downloading Quite Feet Max if you lag when your fighting something! That is always helpful Hell, it is really hard to find low level mods, since not a lot of people really focus on them...sucks... Or hell, do what I do, Just loot the entire town XD that will keep you busy until some decent mods come out. Sorry I was not too helpful, there just is not a whole lot, but you could always make SNEAK a major skill and just auto run in to a wall with someone not looking at you XD thats how I got to use a bunch of mods =P Download a Companion, they are awesome =
TimeDawg
Figured. Oh well. I'll just play the main game again. Doesn't matter too much. I have some mods that don't require a certain level. Weapon mods and the like.

Weapon mods and the like. I made quite a few levels quickly by running around doing all manner of stuff like the Arena and the Dark Brotherhood quests. One thing you might try if you are having trouble getting through stuff is download the Apachii Goddess Store or the Isobel Armor Shop and buy one of the weapons they sell there. If you go with Isobel, by the Dark Warlady Sword or whatever it is called.

I don't want a sword that I won't work to it's full potential.
