Female Iron Armor weight slider buggy, unsure if mod issue or not

Reinstall did not help.

 

This is for the vanilla body also. No mods. What happens is that the minimum bodyweight is fine as well as the maximum but "in between" as such does nothing and sits on minimum until the slider is all the way to the left. The nextline however does get larger or smaller depending on where the slider is at.

 

I tried all armors and the basic Iron armor is the only one that has this weird issue. Any help would be welcome.

 

Here is my load order as well incase it is a mod issue but I doubt it is.
