Enabling both promotion skills

Hi,

 

Is there a console command or mod that could enable the activation of both promotion skills instead of choosing one of two? (example: enabling both aggression and tactical sense for the assault class)

Not to get both skills on level up but there are 2 codes that when used will give all skills

 

GiveBottomPerks

GiveTopPerks

 

Also there is one to give specific perks but you need to know the internal name of the perk to use it.

Also there is issue, that UI cannot house too many perks at once, or some perks don't stack their effects (like Combat Drugs and Dense Smoke). You can read more about this at http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/XCOM:EU_Perks
