[mod request] more gang hideouts with map editor

Can someone make a mod that makes more gang hideouts with some of the places that are empty. Is there a map editor mod like this already? I already use ambient gangs also

EDIT : I installed AMJM which is an amazing mod, he adds 30 bandit hideouts

I will do a request for a slight difference but maybe they could be merged :
