Xp32 skeleton and 3ds max 2010 (x64) issue

Quick question: When i import a mesh with XP32's skeleton as opposed to the vanilla skeleton, the mesh gets kinda deformed. It only happens when i'm on the dismemberment or skin layer, but not on the mesh edit layer, so under normal circumstances, it would be a hierarchy or bone issue.

 

Should i ignore this, or or is there a way to fix this. It doesn't happen with the vanilla skeleton
