I was wondering is there a guide similar to GEMS for skyrim http://www.skyrimgems.com/ but for New vegas, if not any suggestion would be appreciated

Well I usually mod everything i can from new vegas regarding gameplay. The reason for this tread is trying to catch up on the latest regarding big overhauls, new gameplay and that kind of things

Several ENB settings have been uploaded.
