Add FO1 and FO2 styled Tesla Metal Armor to New Vegas

I want someone to make a FO1 and FO2 version of Tesla Metal Armor and a variant of the FNV Metal Armor Reinforced that Tesla spikes instead of spike and is clean and not weathered with a electric symbol in the middle. Add a Object Effect to the armor that gives it 60 Energy Resistance. This is not a command this is a request.
