Skyrim Crash at new game load

So after re-installing both skyrim and NexusMM, i redownloaded some old and looked for some new mods to play again, since i've been off a while.

 

I start a new game (since i deleted all my old save files), it shows the intro loading screen of the black dragon and the text about him for about 10 seconds, then Skyrim closes.

 

Yes running newest SKSE, yes running nexusMM in admin mode, The only mods running through steam workshop are the free HD DLC upgrade.

 

I keep trying to validate the game cache integrity, but every time it keeps saying 'one file is missing and will be reaquired', but it keeps giving me that same deal.

 

BOSS doesn't have a few of the mods in it's database, so I disabled those. Boss has a few 'cleanup' things which i'll post, so I tried running with all of those disabled as well, and it still doesn't run.

 

Out of ideas guys, and I really don't want to go through disabling them 1 by 1 to find the culprit. Which I'll end up doing if noone has any ideas to help.

And I just confirmed it does run with JUST SKSE and SkyUI. So does anyone know if any of these mods don't work correctly?

 

Also, vanilla skyrim. Because I'm cheap =D
