SirMagus
So I was working on my little project here, and I made a texture for it. But when I opened it in NifScope, it was like the model had been turned inside out. The texture was inside the model, not on the outside. What can be the source of this problem? Could it be the way I marked the seams? cause some places I just market it all over and marked as seam, cause it was supposed to have the same color all over there anways. But still it got flipped inside out. Any help will be appreciated ^^
titipoko
Sounds like you have to change the normals on your mesh. Select the faces (that show up inverted) in edit mode and hit w-key, then 0 - this will flip the inside/outside calculation. Sometimes it is also required to set some faces as doublesided (this depends on the usage of a certain partition of your mesh, like hair, furr etc.). You'll have to load a texture into Blender and preview your mesh textured before exporting.

ihateregisteringeverywhere
It's one of the problems that almost every person new to modelling encounters :). But you'll have less flipped faces the more you work with models, you'll just kind of.. learn to avoid it naturally.
