How do i change the staging folder?

This should be very simple but I cannot figure out how to change the location of the staging folder. I did it once before and it put all my stuff in the new folder but I need to change the location and I don't remember how. Can someone please help?

You can also change the location of the staging folder. Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click DFS Management. In the console tree, under the Replication node, click the replication group that contains the replicated folder with the quotas that you want to edit.

Start Vortex. Go to the settings then just click the MODS tab above. The staging folder location should be there.

the above post explained it well... and it worked. Click on settings, the the MODS tab, then change the directory to whatever you want. Easy peasy.

So, I installed a new SSD into my pc. In the process my folder changed from "d:" to "F:". I've tried to reinstall the mod profile but it wants admin permission to access a drive that no longer exists. So I tried to uninstall the profile, start it fresh, but it doesn't work, it won't do that either. So I'm stuck with my games unmodded, or half-modded and even uninstalling and reinstalling the vortex app didn't fix the issue. Any ideas? I'm quite stuck myself and can't find any information on this issue with others.
