Techs: Is my Desktop Strong Enough?

Okay I'm going to back up a bit and start by asking if the specs on my desktop are strong enough to run the kind of mods that I want. Specifically, the Cities of the North mods with mods that improve the docks in Solitude, Dawnstar, & Windhelm. In addition to Animated Armory and other combat related animations..( archary overhaul) **please note: I use Skyrim vanilla either by itself or with all 3 DLCs ...I Do Not use SSE!!!

 

Here are the specs that were mentioned in the "How To Ask For Help" (yes, I read it. whether I did it correct or not ...)

HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0083w

Operating system Windows 10 Home 64-bit version: 19043.1110

AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics

System Mem 8 gb

Memory slot 843 11

Video: Graphic Device:1: Nividia Ge Force GTX 1050 Ti

Current Resolution : 1920 x 1080 Refresh rate : 60 hz

• Graphics Device :2: Amd Radeon RX Vega 11 Graphics

Hard Drive Storage Space: Capacity 930 GB / Free Space: 320 GB

Game path: C drive: Games > steamapps > common > Skyrim

Mod Org 2 Path: C drive: MO2 >

Game version Skyrim vanilla game and a profile with Skyrim with all DLCs ( latest version of the base game). I do not have SE downloaded! Only the Base / Vanilla game.

IF my desktop is strong enough for those above mods, does anyone know of a video tutorial that will show me how to add everything correctly for MO2 ,... from start to finish????

I sincerely appreciate any advice or pointers or help regarding this. I'm severally tired of the freezes, ctd's, and scarecrow looking npcs and pc (all profiles.)
