Are they compatible? Does it make the game too difficult? Also as an extra note can Improved Dragon Shouts and Dragon Soul relinguishment work well together? I use both Improve Dragon Shout and Dragon Soul, the problem if any, would be balance in some cases if you spend too much on Relinquish.
