My New Mod Site

I never had any problems with this site untill the down time. Ever since this site is back up I cant download nor does it remember me. I have to log in everytime anew. I'd say it is my problem but I have not made any changes to my system, so how can it be? I would like to download from this site again cause there are plug ins on this site you can't get anywhere else. Please...anyone......!!!!???

Actually you can get nearly all of the plugins on this site through several of the peer to peer networks (gnutella 1 and 2, edonkey2000). :D Until I finish creating listings and posting them to my website :construction: , just do a filename based search(using the full filename and its extension) on those peer to peer networks for the files that you want.

I don't recommend doing a keyword based search, that would result in too many unwanted results, which would be tricky to filter and look through.

Once I finish creating my listings and post them to my website, users will be able to download the mods using any compatible peer to peer client by clicking on the peer to peer links. I also hope to eventually a submission feature to the site, for modders to submit new mods. All mods listed on my site will have already passed an anti-virus and adware scan.

I think I'll also have a few submission requirements, such as they must be in rar archives and contain a readme document. Also archived contents must have correct paths, so that all the downloading users have to do it install the mods will be to extract them to their morrowind\data files folder. Also all submissions must be clean and not contain viruses, adware installers, etc. Also archives must be compressed using the archivers strongest compression settings and include a recovery record (preferably set to 10 percent). Features like signatures, comments, installers would be optional.

While my site will provide links to content, it will not host any of the content. Users running peer to peer clients will host and share the content.

Thanks. At the moment my website just contains some downloads, an very complete shareaza skins listing, an edonkey2000 section for finding and downloading server.met's and a edonkey2000 links page. I'm already happy with the amount of daily traffic it recieves and figure when it's morrowind section is finished and finally posted it will have even more daily visitors. :) So there already is quite an bit to see on it. The morrowind section is forcing me to improve and create some major features, which will improve some of the existing features and content. I think it will turn out really nice. So far I already have set up an mirror for the site and several for the edonkey2000 server.met's.

Actually what I'm looking for is a plug in named "My office in Balmora" or something like that. It used to be on Morrowindfiles.com, but as everyone knows this site bit the dust(May it rest in peace) :rip:

It changes the Balmora Council Club into a fine office. Actually I think it would be called a cheat. If anyone has any idea where to get this please let me know!

I have roamed the sites and what ever else but I can't find it anywhere!

Thanks, for any hints!

Well sorry I'm unable to locate it online anywhere. :(

Let's just hope that someone still has it and would be nice enough to post it to an website, an p2p download link or something.

Anyways this is just thing my website will resolve, hopefully it will reduce the amount of disappearing plugins. Players will simply be able to share thier downloaded plugins through p2p and the plugins will get indexed and listed by my site. I'll also be providing updated p2p based downloadable copies of the index.

Hopefully rare/lost plugins will get added by players sharing them through the p2p networks.

Also anyone will be able to provide an p2p based mirror of any and all the plugins listed on my site and the downloadable index.

In addition to the downloadable index, there will be an regular web based index.

It's taking some major time and work to initially create the index. Mostly due to the desired features, format, functionality, all while making it quickly updateable and multiplatform (so it can be generated and maintained on windows and or linux).
