tabletopsimulator can't download mods with tts mod backup tool

help i'm trying to use tts mod backup tool but when i try to download a mod from steam id it says

Error downloading Workshop Mod: Method Not Found: 'Boolean Utilities.SequenceEquals(System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable1<!!0>, System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable1<!!0>)'.

 

i've asked on reddit discord server and contacted the creator but no one responded
