Creating custom house themes?

Hey, does anyone know how to set up custom (buyable) themes for new house mod?

 

Is it some kind of script on a buyable "object", that when purchased enables a script to either add furniture or adds an entirely new cell altogether?

All themes are located in the same cell at all times, and they are enabled/disabled depending on which theme is currently applied. Each house has a Quest Script that regularly checks the player's inventory to check which themes they currently have, and updates their house when they get a new theme.

 

The themes are enabled and disabled easily by using Activate Parents and, of course, Enable and Disable.
