I started up a new game, but then this happened.http://24.media.tumblr.com/c5aac0e7e361f4842b56eeaf91e4c874/tumblr_mpwgytBebB1rwe82ho1_500.jpgEverything BUT the NPCs are flying all over the place, and I don't know what the hell is wrong.I assume it's because of my laptops specs, which are terrible btw, but I just want to be sure what's wrong with my game.
