Looking for an old female armor mod

I'm looking for a very old female light armor mod. It's a long shot but what's the harm.

 

Don't remember what it's called. Just that it was found in a barrel/crate in caius cosade's house in Balmora, it was black and rather modest, had an option of a cape (maybe with a red rose on it), and a half skirt going down the left (?) side. Both legs are covered with pants too, the skirt just goes over the top of one leg.

the one with a rose I remember is venom rose by Korana, not sure but maybe it's something else from that rather big collection

I remember venom rose now after looking it up. Not the armor I was looking for but the cape is the one I was thinking of. I must have smooshed the two together in my memory. Thank you though!
