Help w/ Static mesh normal maps

I'm working on loading screens (pain in the a**!) and after working with animation and exporting nifs so that the geometry actually shows up this is what it looks like.

 

The normal map file is loaded right under diffuse and the tri-shape data's have Num UV Sets to 4097.

Truly Krosis. It should look like the one on the right.
