Skyrim V crashes please help

So, I don't have many mods. I've had crashes every once in a while since before I got mods. But now they're happening more, especially when I go to create a character, when I try to switch to female, it continues to be male then crashes so now I cant make another character. I have all the DLC's and my PC is a Sony Vaio.

NMM (Nexus Mod Manager)

Unofficial Skyrim Patch

Skyrim HD-2K textures (Towns, dungeons, landcape, Misc)

Enhanced blood

A quality world map

mounted followers

airdale dog replacer

wearable lanterns

swift steeds horse replacer

Bellyaches new dragon

Castle Mendoza

SkyUI

SKSE 1.06.16

SG hair pack (female) 0131

 

And the crash at the character screen started just today so idk if it was a mod or not.
