New Vegas has stopped working problem :(

It seems every time I enter a building, load a location, or sometimes just wandering around my game will say New Vegas has stopped working... I have mods but... I'm not sure if they're the problem.

My biggest crash is going into Vikki and vances casino. The wheel is spinning but the screen is black.
