Looking for a banter mod

I could be wrong, but I seem to remember a mod that triggered party banter more often. It doesn't involve the use of the console (and so is not 'Banter Now' by zeakapoo) and I think it was part of a bigger mod that served some other purpose and the increased banter triggers were a little bonus. Can anyone tell me what mod this is (if it exists)?

Hm, sounds like a part of Improved Atmosphere to me. It's a massive mod, but it's also highly adjustable, so you can install only the part that changes the party banter. It comes with a detailed PDF so you can find which folder does what.
