Game Crashes

[qupp422G09]

Since yesterday the game already crashed 4 times,it happens randomly,luckly only after long play time only,also i don't get "witcher2.exe has stopped working" instead i get "Changelist: 1 has stopped working",i don't know what "Changelist: 1" is,hope you can help me.
