your on nexus and asking about vanilla game weapons? theres tons of weapon mods, and theres tons of quest mods, there really isnt any need in asking to be level 50 without trying them out, you should try project nevada or classic fallout weapons. and for quest mods, new vegas bounties, or willow, or whatever you like. just find a mod you like.

I was just needing to know what file or folder holds your character on the PC.

Your save games, found in the My Documents folder. I don't know how to edit them but I guess there's no point in setting your character's level to 50 by doing that because you will probably miss out on skill points and perks. I imagine you're changing one aspect of your character rather than forcing the game to advance you 50 levels when you load the save.

As for the rest, I don't know if any mods do that, nor if there are any test rooms which actually have all the weapons. It's impossible to get ALL vanilla weapons without cheating - I can tell you that right off the bat without giving anything away.

With all DLCs and just completing quests and killing enemies, getting to the highest level is very easy. Like the above poster said, just play the game or download some quest mods like Silent Hill or New Vegas Bounties.

Failing that, there probably are some saves on the Nexus.
