monster mod and hell on earth

in the nexus mod manger is monsterranch same as monster mod beucse im trying to get hell on earth but it keeps crashing on me and im doing everything right that the read me tells me to

 

INSTALLATION

1. Download and Install the Monster Mod here
http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=41361
If you do not, your game will crash.

2. Copy all the files for HELL ON EARTH to falloutnv/ data

3. Open the OPTIONAL FILES folder and copy and paste the files to falloutnv/ data

4. Launch Fallout Mod Manager for new vegas

5. CAREFULLY!!!!!!!!! Tick Monster MOD.ESM (Again failure to do so will result in fallout new vegas committing
suicide and leave you with a nice view of your desktop.
Then tick ONE OF THE FOLLOWING FILES!!!!!:
Hell on Earth - Basic. esp (adds only the silent hill hospital, already on map)
Hell on Earth - Basic + Creature Replacer. esp (adds hospital and replaces cretures with new skins)
Hell on Earth - Basic + Creature Total Overhaul. esp (adds hospital, new creature skins and replaces all creatures
with new creatures, includes some creatures the other 2 files do not, as the name says its a total overhaul!!!)

did every thing the way it say here but it still crash are there any mods it might be conflting with
