ctd near falkreath plus rare random ctd elsewhere

Hi I hope someone can help me out here. On the way to falkreath(coming from riverwood) i get ctd and sometimes in other random areas. Also my logs sometimes mention a dragonsperch.scp when i ctd.. I dont use wyre bash because i installed my game in program files
