anw32194
Okay so I've just started trying to mod fallout nv today and so far have failed miserably. I have watched videos and read articles on how to properly install mods and I follow the instructions step by step and still no success. I need help. What am I doing wrong? Also would like to add that I downloaded the nmm but when I say download using nmm it doesn't download so it is requiring me to do it all manually. dangman4ever
It would help if you told us step by step what exactly you're doing.
anw32194
First I download the mod manually. Then I move all the data files of the mod into the data folder at program files/steam/steam apps/common/fallout new vegas/data. I then move the .esp file into the same place. When I start up the game I check the box for the .esp file and the item doesn't show up.

The default .esp manager that comes with the game isn't all that good.
