Need help with CTD problem.

Okay. So I've been tinkering with mods for a few hours now. 6 or 7 hours to be precise. Anyway, I installed skyre through nexus and I've been having problems ever since. It CTD right after the Bethesda Logo before the main menu. I know skyre is problematic when it comes to compatibility but I can't find a solution no matter how hard I try. I hope you guys might help me out. This is my BOSS log:

 

Edit: If i disable Skyre (every plugin) then it works perfectly.

Well it's 1.3.0.1 The newest one I suppose. I see now in the optional files in Skyre: Skyre_09923 Last version before dragonborn. MIght this resolve the problem? As for the mod missing the master. I have a very vague idea about master files (like spike for Immersive weapons and armors?)

yes, like Spike is to IW/IA... Dragonborn is required for SkyRe after version 1. So if you don't have it, you need whatever is suggested by Tendo on the mod page. Not sure if you need ReProccer for that version, you'll have to check... also which version of ReProccer and if you use patches for it, they also need to be for the right version (enjoying SkyRe yet? ;) ... I use it as well... I know your pain :P)
