Full Combat Rebalance Install Issue

So I get everything installed, I mark the check boxes to start the mod, and I get an error message saying something similar to 'Error, file missing, process error code 2' or something close resembling that.

I've re-installing several times and downloading from another client but it still pops up. I'm at a loss and frustrated at the fact that I can't play one of the most epic RPG's with a more than excellent mod.

 

Some help or trouble shooting would be welcomed, I'm baffled.

 

Edit - This is what it says, word for word.

 

Unable to execute file.

C:\Program Files (x86)\The Witcher 2\bin\userContentManager.exe

 

CreateProcess Failed; code 2.

The system cannot find the file specified.
