Europe is also pretty interesting / Dont get me wrong, these locations aren't too big and mostly meant for Starting Points to the new Continents. But to place some House, Vault, Dungeon or NPCs or add a small Quest it's still enough space. Well, everybody is free to extend the landscape too of course, but I guess to generate a new LOD then, will be a impossible task for the most. YES NO Yes to All You also have to convert the responsible texture files (dds) of this nif to tga and then have to copy it into source\textures\tga\(now here the folder structure as it is in texture.bsa), then make a copy of the whole textures\tga and make a new folder called ures and copy it inside. Like this you will get something like a lod object, but there will be many problems with it, coz you can't just copy nifs and make a _lod behind. GECK will say, it works, but ingame it wont. You have to render those nifs down first and you must remove some of the nif structures. But I cant help you here much, coz I dont know much about 3d-graphics-modding. Where can I get the key? Third: I can not enter the border regions. I remember that I saw this option when I first used the car but now it isn't there anymore.
