Action Points won't regenerate

I think it might be a conflict between PN and another mod, maybe NVEC or Project Brazil...

 

But yeah, after using sprint, bullet time, or vats, actions points wont regenerate. Here's my load out if it'll help.

I think a trait added by More Perks or NVEC, or from somewhere, Near Death Experience, which makes AP regeneration double or increase by 50% when health is below a half, might be messin' with the regular regeneration...

 

Okay, nvm, Im an idiot. The trait says it makes it so that action points don't regenerate unless health is below 30%. I'm a dumbass, ignore this topic or please tell me how to delete it XD.
