Respawn Clutter

Hi,

 

There are mods which respawn enemies in an area, even the items in the containers. But I'm looking for a mod that respawns all clutter placed in there. Perhaps simply resetting the cell would be an efficient way to go about this? As it stands right now I never pick up clutter or ammo/weapons laying around because once I take it, it'll never go back to where it was and the entire area will be empty.
