I don't want only to explore the world I want the... World to explore.... Me? Ok that's a weird way to put it but what I mean is like, instead of always being the one stumbling on to bandit camps and such, I want more events like when the mercenaries track you down and you have to fight them off. I wan't the world to come after me sometimes. I want npcs to steal and get chased by the guards sometimes, like city-swimmer from Oblivion. And no I don't mean the thieves in Riften because the same s*** happens every time, walk outside>everyone screaming>all the townsfolk attack one thief who is stuck on a house or something> he has one candlestick.

So are there any mods that would make the world more alive? If so please name them so that I can get them, and if not, what are your ideas?

I was thinking packs of wolves that attack towns at night and the guards fight them, or packs of wolves that jog across the map in packs hunting (not just spawn in one spot when you walk close enough and walk in a 20 foot diameter) so that you would have to consciously avoid them, or maybe someone would try to rob a shop while you are in there and you can choose to do nothing or attempt to stop the robbery

Oblivion gate crysis 2.0?

A Demora gate pops up outside skyrim Holds, send waves at the city until the player closes them up?

I'd just like to see the guards in Skyrim be finite.

RiftenGuardPop = 80

Event OnDeath( Actor RiftenGuard)

(RiftenGuardPop - 1)

That alone would put you in a more defensive role if, say, a dragon attacks. You need to save as many guards as you can, because if you don't? Saving the citizens would directly be your responibility.
