Crashing after 2 minutes or entering a new location

My fallout has recently been constantly crashing and I can't seem to find out what the problem is.

If you can please give me advice on what to do to solve this problem, I would truly appreciate it.

It could be that your game is unstable rather than the fault of a mod.
Try using a 4GB enabler, and make sure the game it utilizing all of the cores on your processor.
Try running all of that in windowed mode too.

Also make a merged patch.
Tl;dr for making a merged patch:
Step 1: Run FNVEdit
Step 2: Load your load order
Step 3: Right click>Other>Make Merged Patch
Step 4: Name it and wait for FNVEdit to do its thing.
Step 5: Save and exit.
