LE Looking To Collaborate

I'm modding illiterate but I have some ambitious ideas for mods and would like to know an easy way to network?

I would like to more than just request a mod but contribute in whatever way possible for someone who knows nothing about coding.

I know an extensive amount of the TES lore and am quite imaginative at weaving ideas to fit in with it. I'm great at character building and can even come up with good dialogue.

I look forward to collaborating with new or experienced modders and hope to craft some worthy of Top Files.

I guess I should provide an example.

Is it just me or that the final reward for the somewhat decent quest for the Aetherium Shards and finding the Aetherium Forge feel underwhelming? The one.. Only ONE item you receive between three choices (if you can even call it that) seem lackluster?

I mean the dwemer of Skyrim went to war with one another for this stuff! And all we get is another standing stone power, turning opponents ethereal for a couple of seconds and the ability to summon a dwarven sphere or spider. Bethesda seriously dropped the ball with this.

I don't think anyone would have seriously chose anything other than crown. These items SHOULD be legendary and their powers should reflect that.

Aetherial Crown: An artifact worthy of a dwarven king. On top of the dual standing stone power ALL dwemer automatons are "friendly" and will fight for you. Also allows you to summon two dwarven spheres for 60 seconds with the "Dwarven Escort" once-a-day power.

Aetherial Shield: When equipped it materializes aetherial power armor that slightly increases power, defense, movement and attack speed. It also give you a once-a-day power "Limiter Release" that moderately increases power, defense, movement and attack speed as well as give you infinite stamina and magicka for a short period of time but it rapidly drains your health. *Inspired by lautasantenni mod*

Aetherial Staff: Summons the Forge Master for 120 seconds and explodes once it dies or time runs out.

I'm open to better suggestions
