What in the world is glitching here?

So I am getting some really strange glitches in the very beginning of the game. I started with a fresh copy of Skyrim due to CTD issues and I used BOSS to help with my load order and installed everything in the order suggested by the mod authors but now I am getting this, which is something that I have never experienced before. I have a screenshot of my load order as well to see if anyone can offer any suggestions. BOSS did say that a few of the mods were dirty and needed cleaned, could this be the cause of the glitches?

Once the priestess raised her arms to give the pre-death blessing I realized that she was missing her hands that that the abominations on the screen were the glitched hands, it was a conflicting mod that needed reset.
