Need help finding a mod.

Don't know if this is the right board but.....yeah. There is this stupid mod I can't seem to find. The title is something like, "Don't download this" or, "Worst mod ever" Something of that nature. In game, it gives you two weapons, a fat man and a grenade launcher that say "You ain't Martin Luther King" when picked up. When equipped, dubstep or techno music is played, followed by "Dr. Dre" being said when fired. I think that is enough description. Please help.
