I'm new to oblivion modding, I don't know which is better for oblivion obge or enb. Which looks the best, and whats the best setup, also can they be mixed together? If someone can help me out, and tell me a good setup that they use, I would greatly appreciate it.

Well, a bit late but I hope it'll help. ENB and OBGE are incompatible. You can use them both but you have to keep some stuff off or uninstalled.

I prefer OBGE, because you can have every effect that's in ENB in a better quality, or variety and have Liquid Water mod (Best water mod for oblivion).

Some people prefer ENB over OBGE due to performance boost and nice shadows but if your computer can handle what OBGE offers, except from shadows, over 9000x better graphics are waiting for you.

ENB
+ Has some pretty good shadow codings. It sometimes makes me want to switch from OBGE to ENB.
+ Better performance results compared to OBGE because optimized better and running on C+(or more pluses, I can't remember).
+ Nice in game menu for picking up the best result. A bit annoying but it's still okay.
- Their so called Bloom is not needed. HDR lightning is already doing what Bloom should do.
- Incompatible with Liquid Water, you can't use LLOD if you don't have LW either.

OBGE
+ You can use Liquid Water and Landscape LOD if you prefer OBGE.
+ Better shader based effects. Also more varieties.
+ Every shader based effect is configurable up to your pleasures.
+ Supports all mods exists unless they're not conflicting.
- Self Shadows can annoy you a lot. For close up looks, ENB is better.
- A bit more performance demanding, and REALLY performance demanding on high quality effects such as SMAA, HBAO and Godrays.

Mix ups of these two never gives you the best quality there is. Just keep that in mind.

Oh and I also should add that ENB admins are such arseholes that I give my extra hate for them. But what I typed here is completely unbiased.
