The idea of Necromancy and destruction spells combined into 1 form that increases the effects of Destruction and Conjurtion and makes the spells more powerful and make them cost a bit more (15%) but the form will drain magic away and the more higher end spells that are used, the less time in the form will be avaliable. I'm no modder myself so I wont be able to make this at all, but if a modder with experiance with magic sees this, then it could be a good idea.

 

The form as I see it should have these features:

 

1. You can choose when to enter and exit shadow form, unless you have no magicka left.

2. A shadow literally hangs around the player like the death shroud effect in GW2 (Image is provided by link).

3. Increased power in Destruction and Conjurtion while it is active (20% more damage for destruction school, 20% more something for conjurtion, not sure about it).

4. The form requires a constant amount of Magic to be attained (3% lost per second) and all spells cost 15% higher to cast.

5. If magicka is drained to 0%, you are forced out of the spell and lose 25% of your health (meaning you will have to be careful around mages with lightning).

6. Restoration spells can not be used while in this form.

 

Generally, I'm not sure if this mod has been done before, but if it was made like that, it would be balanced and would be a nice new spell. Not sure if its lore friendly or anything.

This is what it should look like in my opinion. Trust me, this is not a virus due to it being on GOOGLE.

Nice to know that it is kinda lore friendly :)

 

But I think to balance it out, you will be losing a ton of magicka from casting so the damage will need to be buffed up if casting + automatic drain of mana (+ 15% higher spell cost) will tear through high mana capacities depending on the spell, so maybe a 30% or 40% (40 seems far too much) increase would be a better idea and also, mana potions can be used to increase the amount of time someone could stay in it. - Just a thought.
