Post your moments of luck, for example.

I was once just wandering by the super duper mart, a random encounter area. I was level 12 at the time, mainly unarmed and small guns. I encounter a couple of regulators (I was a defiler, very evil) and I was getting my ass kicked because my fisto borked' and I only had my silenced 10mm pistol on me, while my items were in my megaton house to conserve weight. Then, it happens.

Jericho appears out of nowhere behind all of them, (somehow, he got a fat man? what?) and nukes them all. I came, and saved right when he appeared.

I don't know how this happend, really. Maybe it was the mods I was using. The only other lucky moment I had was finding the firelance UFO exploding in front of the normal alien blaster UFO.

Fell off one of the big broken bridges... on the way down I'm thinking "ok, saved a few minutes ago... no sweat."

A mutie that happened by shot me with a missile. It shot me SIDEWAYS and I landed on my feet with minimal damage cause i had serious armor on and was 18th level.

So to thank him, I shot him with a dart gun and left him alive to be eaten by a pack of dogs... yeah - animal friendship at 2. ;)

Umm, okay...

At the start, I was playing on Very Hard, you know the part where Tom Holden gets killed? I was getting my ass handed to me by the two guards... I BARELY got around the corner with half health, knowing that they were gonna get to me and kill me... Then, Radroaches just come and kill them and ignore me. Saved by Radroaches...

Also, I've got TWO DeathClaws coming after me... I made Fawkes go God, by giving him 10000 health, I go through a doorway, knowing I'm about to die (This is still with Silent Pete), and Fawkes goes in the doorway, blocks the Deathclaws, AND KICKS THEIR ASS! He shot them with the Experimental MIRV, which sent him flying backwards... He sacrificed his own live for mine... I look at the upper-left hand of the screen, and see a message on Fawkes fade away... I look at Fawkes, mourning... HE GETS UP! Guess Super Mutants DO have their uses...

Prior to 1.1.35 patch...

On a 'Road Wardens' escort with Lucky Harrith through Bethesda Ruins:

Both dogs dead from crossfire, Lucky getting hammered with automatic fire, Medic already has an arm and a leg crippled so is even more useless now that usual, and the Warden is off killing runners instead of dealing with the 5 raiders that are in/around the split bus.

Raider pulls a 'nade and I tap up VATS in the vain hope that I can draw a bead on it... 5% chance to hit. I queue up my last two bursts worth of APs with my unmodded G3 and watch in slow motion as I raise the weapon to my shoulder and hold down the trigger.

*BLAM* Bullet whizzes past to tap a different raider in the chest.

*BLAM* Second round goes wide and pang's off of another raider's arclight helmet, concussing him.

*BLAM* Shot goes low and slams a third raider in the knee, crippling his leg.

The target has now raised his arm back to throw, and I can already feel my hand inch toward [ESC] to see how far back I'm going to have to reload.

*BLAM* The bullet smacks square into the upheld pineapple frag and blasts the holder into chunky bits, as well as shredding through two others, and leaving only a pair of wounded that are now respectively nursing a crippled chest and head.

Just a couple double-taps from my rifle, and the bus is cleared of targets... While Harrith and his Warden simultaneously finish off their targets in the side alley. Heheheh.
