Character's feet sinks into random terrain

I have added a few mods and notice that occassionally my character's feet will sink into stairs, rocks (when climbing), etc. I suspect this is due to an addon but not sure which and also how I'd remedy it. A friend has nearly all the same addons as me and does not have this issue. Maybe I just need to make some changes to my SkyRimPrefs.ini?

The only thing I haven't added yet is the Project Reality - Climates Of Tamriel V3.1

because I want to solve this issue before adding more factors to troubleshoot.

 

I can add a screenshot later this evening if this helps, but hopefully somebody has experienced this problem and found a way to resolve it.
