Since there are some mods that use voice actors, I was wondering the legality of hiring a voice professional or amateur, with crowd pooled funds in mods on video games like dragon age. They make their copyrighted materials available to the community for NON-COMMERCIAL use. Beyond that general statement, you can send your specific inquiries to: [email protected].
