CP mod for player face?

Hello, can any modders please create a Content Patcher Mod that makes the players face more rounded? Also, can any make this change to other characters too? These would be the best :wub:

 

The faces would need to be changed just by the chin, so game or mod hairs can still fit the player/characters.

Be compatible with 1.5
